Decimal
A number with a decimal point, where the digits after the point are tenths, hundredths and so on.
The first digit after the point is tenths, the next is hundredths, then thousandths. Decimals are another way to write fractions with denominators of 10, 100, 1000.
Example: 0.7 is seven tenths (7/10). 0.25 is twenty-five hundredths (25/100).
