These terms cover your use of fieldbooklearning.com and our lessons, run by Fieldbook Learning in Alberta, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the lessons
Our lessons and their materials (plans, illustrations and, as they're added, slides and student sheets) are free for teaching. You may:
- Use, print and copy them for your own students, class, school or home program.
- Adapt them to suit your class.
- Share links to them with anyone.
Please don't sell them, post copies on other websites or marketplaces, or present them as your own work. If you'd like to use them in another way, for example in a program you run, ask us. We usually say yes.
Safety
Every lesson includes safety notes. Teachers and parents are responsible for supervising students and for deciding whether an activity suits their setting. Follow your school or division's safety rules, which take priority over ours.
Accounts
Accounts are for adults: teachers, home educators and others who teach. Keep your Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that misuse the site.
Kits and orders
Kits aren't on sale yet. When they are, prices, delivery and refunds will be shown before you pay, and our shipping and returns page will apply.
Our liability
We work hard to make lessons accurate and safe, but we provide the site and lessons "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from using them.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
