Read this to the class:

A glove company is designing hockey and baseball gloves for kids. They only know each kid's height from an online order form. The designer asks, "If we know how tall a kid is, can we guess their hand size?" Her boss says, "Don't be silly, hands are all different." Your team's job: collect real data and find out whether height can help predict hand size.

Teams of three, with three jobs that rotate after each person is measured: Measurer (reads the tape or ruler), Helper (holds the book, checks the hand is spread), Recorder (writes the ID and numbers).
